MY BEST-KEPT SECRET

Vintage tunic I picked up while visiting Spain last year. Can’t wait to make a trip back out to visit my beautiful Spanish girlfriends and shop at their local second hand shops.

SOY CHAI KIND OF DAY

I told myself to relax this weekend. Despite all of the Christmas shopping I need to finish. I guess I’m checking my list twice this year. Looking forward to a New Year with many new goals to reach, in the meantime I will enjoy the rest of this year with my love ones. The weather was a little gloomy but cozy today. Wearing my MM6 sweater with my Rag & Bone jeans I picked up last year when I met Marcus and David at a Nordstrom event, I’ve lived in them since.

RED SILK

I couldn’t resist my love for this red silk top. I was drawn to it in a strange way. I was afraid to wear a color that was so bright and hard to miss in a crowd. You would normally see me in darker or neutral colors. I paired it with my favorite skinny jeans from Kasil Workshop and Isabel dicker boots.

KURONOIR

Black seems to be my color lately. I find it easier to pack the color black when I’m traveling for work. I was in San Francisco a couple weeks back for a day. It was definitely a short trip. I was able to squeeze in my quest for trying new restaurants. Beretta, thin crust pizzas and contemporary Italian comfort food in the mission district. The meatballs in spicy tomato sauce was easily my favorite thing off the menu.

PIPER

I thought it would be perfect to launch my new journal with pictures that are very special to me. I also want to thank Weston James for capturing this moment. Wearing one of my favorite vintage finds; a silk pant that is unique enough to wear randomly on a quiet night on the beach. With big seashell like patterns, it was appropriate to match the surroundings of the beach. The sky was pitch black, but we were able to capture the reflection of my outfit from the wet sand.
